H.L. We spent this year's summer holiday in Iceland and so I collected some indie, rock, pop and soft metal albums for the three week round trip. Although this album is already from 2017, the hypnotizing, psychedelic indie electro rock reminded me at the gothic, ebm and darkwave stuff I listenened to back in the 80s before I came to metal. "Radio Talk" and "Snüdel Bop" are the best and most catchy examples and frequently played on our "Best of Iceland Holiday"-Playlist. Favorite track: Snüdel Bop.

This is an album that perfectly encapsulates the sounds and spirit of the '60s, while sounding fresh and exciting in the 2000s. Modern psychedelia is a tough balance. Most groups either get bogged down being a "period piece" or using extraneous studio garbage which will sound dated in 10 years time.
